And then today on thanksgiving, I got charged $190 from that stolen account, and figured I'd let them know on their reddit and they blocked me with a snarky comment.

We literally had someone in another country call up and get my elderly mothers sim card claiming to be her relative, and they sided with the fraudster instead of my mother even though we paid for the subscription and everything. We even gotten the frauder on the call at one point. Insane company.
