I was compiling a massive list of all the species in Star Trek that were confirmed to be Federation members (153 confirmed species/146 confirmed non-colony worlds by PIC S3 times), and Memory Alpha and Beta were invaluable.

fr i can’t find any news articles about this, he hasn’t been seen since August 26th apparently but idk that’s not the same, people are setting themselves up for disappointment

I agree, the character of Bond and the entire spy thriller genre is based in the Cold War and post-WW2 geopolitics- it's hard to "modernize" something that was already feeling dated 30 years ago. Genres come and go, and that's ok- wanting a classic Bond movie is like wanting a new Spaghetti Western.

Yeah it has to be something specific, my theory is that it’s a list of people who gave commencement speeches at the academy, and their rank listed is from when they did it.
