The experience of being fully present and fully immersed in our Māoritanga at Tuurangawaewae all last week, to honour our late Kiingi Tūheitia, and witness the crowing of his heir, Kuiini Ngaawai Hono-i-te-poo, is something that I, my fiancee, and our babies will never ever forget. It’s who we are.

The more we electrify transport and industry, the less energy we use overall. Electricity is more efficient.

The more we replace fossil fuels with electricity, the more of our money stays in NZ.

Renewable energy is homegrown energy, AND provides good sustainable jobs.

This is an absolute outrage. Te Mana o Te Wai is a revolutionary, world-leading policy that proactively prioritizes the health of water bodies above all else. Every country should be learning from New Zealand on this, but the new government is determined to force the country backwards in time.
