Trump and his cronies portray DEI as necessarily anti-meritocracy. This is not the case. The goal of DEI is to remove biases in hiring practices. They assume that merit is being disregarded in favor of quotas. Prove it. The FAA insists that their DEI initiatives do no such thing.

Just found out that DistanceToNearestSurface node doesn't work on low settings!
Fixed the shader and it should work on all settings now

I have the saddest little earbud. The right one started losing battery 5x faster than the left one until it just stopped charging. So I tossed it. Now the left one's battery is failing to maintain charge as well but it's still holding on for dear life.
