Shame and the best thing would be some cycling to strengthen the muscles supporting the knee but I’m not sure that keeping up on a bike with you would help in this case? 😜😜

We have a local “show of support” tomorrow,13:00 in the Square in Grantown on Spey. Supporting the Community Council’s stand against Highland Council charging to close the town square for special events like Hogmanay. I don’t expect @thenewsagents.com to be there but…. #localnews
