i strongly believe that videogames don't have to be "fun" all the time (or even most of the time). ofc i get if that's not what you were looking for and are disappointed in it and that's completely fair. this is kinda like the grinding on undertale no mercy, i think it's a good artistic decision

i haven't beaten act 3 yet so if it gets suddenly bad i don't know that. but i think stuff like last judge, bilewater, hunter's march are perfectly good game design, even if bilewater in particular is horrible and not fun at all. I think the devs know that bilewater is not fun and that's the point
