It's between having your parent's (mother's or father's) last name or your husband's. If your parents are utter garbage shite and your husband a sweetheart, I can see why some would want that change. The relief I had when I got rid of my father's last name was immeasurable.

I understand DA2 not being involved much. But some choices in DAO seem important especially since we are visiting Weisshaupt, Morrigan is joining us, and we may be going to Kal-Sharok? Plus ppl enjoy small callbacks to their world states. Hopefully there is more but right now ppl are bummed.

Someone leaked the DAI choices on Reddit. It’s only 3 choices and 2/3 of those choices are from Trespasser. Zero choices from DAO and DA2. The DA community on Reddit is pretty upset about it right now. Personally I’m extremely demoralized rn too so I completely understand OPs wishes.

I say yes! I love the game personally and it gets better the further you play. I do suggest using guides because there is a bunch of open world areas that can get distracting or feel bloated so a guide will tell you what’s important and what’s not.

I’d rather have a Dalish mage teach me magic than someone from the circles/chantry. No hate on Vivi, she would be an excellent teacher only I don’t want to be restricted to chantry (often wrong) rules.
