the switch 2 having a wide range of enhanced switch 1 games AND exclusive switch 2 games (all with their own dedicated development teams) within six months of it's release is *the* best thing they could learn from after their failure of a product with the wii u.

there is no parallel to the wii u - they are two distinct consoles (everyone knows the difference between a switch and switch *2*) with one console having an abject failure of a marketing campaign, and the other a successful one.

additionally, the gamecube and the wii are two POLAR opposite sales and cultural successes; one is their second worst selling console ever, and one is their second best selling console ever. that is, for lack of better phrasing, a really stupid range to so boldly claim despite evidence against you.

hey so this thread is actually really incoherent and also just misguided and wrong. no, the console has not been set up as a "wii u 2", that's just an objectively incorrect statement when you look at sales data, audience retention data, and software lineup for both consoles at launch.

There are no compensation nerfs - this weapon is so violently outdated that if you slapped its Splatoon 1 peak stats into this game, it still Would Not Be Good. With how much faster this series has gotten, and with more counters than ever before Dynamo should be able to paint and move itself easily.

They’re correct btw the game would be leagues more fun if they just removed elitre entirely. It’s such a horribly designed weapon that shuts the game down entirely. Literally no one but filthy litre players would complain with its removal.
