In 23-24 season I saw both Garnacho and Mainoo subbed off at Brentford. Both went down the tunnel without so much as a hand slap with the other subs or staff. Attitude like that would not get them signed by my team or many others.

Yes but…. If you are so good at football that you could play in London, Barcelona, Madrid, or Paris and be paid more than you dreamed you could ever earn, why would you choose to live in NE England? I’m sure it’s a great place to live if you’ve always lived there. But…

Not going to happen. The stations would need to be rebuilt to accommodate passport and luggage checks like in an airport. However if we had freedom of movement again then…Thanks to Farage we’ve lost that.
