Any medical LLM needs to be trained solely on peer-reviewed medical research, human biology and physiology, and medical history, and it has to comply with HIPAA and understand what the Hippocratic Oath is.

It's outside the box, so it's not a penalty, but it sure does look at the very least like a yellow card and a free kick. Could be a DOGSO red, but the closeness of the other defender *might* negate that.
