Why yes I stuck my paw into deep dark hole to get a mushroom, the desire for fungal knowledge is strong.

Here's set two of the mushrooms

It's been awhile, here's some various mushrooms I've found during my impromptu adventure to find housing after I was kicked out by our bio mom from the farm.

In spite of that, living our best.

Did a lot of roughing today, have a another green stone.

I'm making a dragon scale cut out of green Jasper.

Began to work on the first of many minerals we pulled from our farm field.

It's polishing out nicely, I need to do more work on it to get few inclusion fractures fixed but it shouldn't be too long to finish.

It's utterly gorgeous blue green color, it's semi cabachon shape to preserve as much of it

Whole bunch of minerals cleaned up and happy, love the various bright green to blue green rocks along the blood stones,

It's funny but there isn't much of any rockhound information on the area I'm in but that's why we got geological surveys, Geological history and deduction based on soil Comp.

Another night staring at half finished free form faceting.

I have the tools to mount it and use more precise means angle control, but it's a lot more setup than my current space can handle really.

Half of my work ends up being done in the dining room or outside in a random field on the farm.

Today was spent raiding the gopher mounds in the farm fields. The geological history of this area means the inevitable debris fields of burrowing creatures can occasionally contain nifty minerals like agates, Jasper, chert and serpentine family.

It appears by farm is full of colorful blue green to green minerals. Different types of chalcedony, agate, chert, serpentine, etc

The exhausted late night empanadas been made, upside tons of filling left, yay. *exhausted noodle dragon flump*

I've gotten around to now working with the chert pieced I've found on the farm.

It has gorgeous blue green hue and it flakes similar to flint or obsidian. I plan to chip few pieces off for use as accent stones and save the larger pieces for stone carving

I haven't launched yet, but I do jewelry work ranging from rings to cuffs and broach style pieces, I focus on organic forms or shapes.

I love exploring ethics of jewelry from an Indigenous Mexican perspective and ways jewelry as craft can be made more accessible for minority communities. ^^

Pulled out the anvil finally, touch rusted but use able

Rain is intensely beautiful.

(think of the video like it's feral collar cam footage from me)
September 11, 2025 at 2:42 AM
There's something feral to wandering around the farm after it rains to find all kinds of nifty goodies.

Found couple ball mushrooms, some field cap mushrooms puff ball, and then found some grapes ready to pick, then found a nifty purple tomatillo with this partial purple to fading to green pattern
September 11, 2025 at 2:16 AM
It started raining!

Grandpa handed me this void afflicted corn (Huitlacoche, an edible mushroom)
September 7, 2025 at 2:47 AM
Got strawberry fry bread on the rez, happy noomdle
September 5, 2025 at 9:34 PM
I got more things stored in the storage unit, picked up clothes I need for the trip. Had little mizu helping the process too. Unsure when I put it In storage but I'm happy to found it again.

Noomdle sculpture I worked on, is now in little ceramic plate, cutely hugging around the strawberry motif plate
September 4, 2025 at 10:07 AM
Love the little yellow birds who congregate even if they consume some of the fruit crops
September 1, 2025 at 6:13 PM
My Purple tomatillos proliferate to the point you can water about any part of the farm and huge chance these will show up. My best theory is the local animals have been consuming them.
