It’s my day off, I went downtown for a bit this morning to have some time out of the house, and spoke with a man outside of Powell’s books who was setting up a vendor table for his art he’s been making out of recycled materials for the last 36 years.

Genuinely one of the products I have to buy the organic/high quality version of. I refuse to eat eggs from tortured chickens. Pasture-raised genuinely tastes better.
The expensive eggs do taste better. That stress-free life and roaming makes that egg a bit more flavorful.

I genuinely love my job. I love being able to say I love my job. I love helping my clients. I love my coworkers and my bosses. I love it all. The only thing that sucks is that my survival depends on the money I make. I just hope one day I’ll have a comfortable wage instead of scraping by

It’s been such a hard few weeks 😭 I’m trying to finish the year strong but it literally feels like the universe keeps pushing me down. I keep getting back up and I am so exhausted.

Had a little feast dinner for Hecate last night, and the soup wasn’t as flavorful as I wanted it to be. :( I made tofu and dumplings and the broth was great but the dumplings were not so great. If anyone has a really good dumpling recipe pls send it my way lol
