Jos akatemiaprof. rahoitukseen on tarve tehdä muutos, niin miksi kytkeä se huippuyksiköihin? Huippareiden pakottominen siihen että ne muodostuvat akatemiaprofessorin tasoisen henkilön ympärille ei lisää niiden tieteen uudistavaa vaikutusta. Tasavahvat PI:t ja hyvä kombinaatio on vahvuus.
