I’ve just started listening to this on BBC sounds to hopefully get some useful advice. My SAD light box is set up to go, I need more Vitamin D tabs and I am getting out in fresh air as much as possible. I like the idea of reading/watching stories from warm places. I have more Elif Shafak to start

Beautiful day there - and here. I have been wandering on Hampstead Heath today watching the National Cross Country Championships. Dog is nearly as muddy as the runners

Oh no! I was lurgy central for about a week. Lemsip, throat lozenges, karvol steams in rotation. Got so bad that I took an Ibuprofen -a mark of severity for me. It has now gone and I hope yours soon goes the same way Sid.
