I walk around the harbor almost daily & see this ragged flag flying from atop a crane. Initial reaction is anger that the flag is so neglected & disrespected. But I wonder if it’s making a statement about our nation, democracy, freedom? Torn to shreds but still flying … how much longer can it last?
