I am somewhat surprised that this platform is not trending as a social media platform for the ongoing US Presidential Election cycle activities.

3 Trillion for defence and security sounds big but it’s actually chicken feed when converted to US Dollars. Defence and security should be allocated more, 3x the amount allocated in the budget.

Interesting though funny to me, how we humans work so hard to humanize animals while we animalize humanity by our destructive conduct - violence, wars, killings, etc.

Maybe it’s just me but I feel as though Bluesky is struggling to rise compared to Twitter, now X. Am I missing something?

Life consists of daily decisions to do or not to do, choose or not to choose from options on offer. At the end of the day, we sum up our decisions to characterize our day as good, not so good or whatever.

I am chuckling at the thought of the global commotion that would erupt if we all wake up and notice that the sun that set in the west yesterday, rises there and starts heading eastwards. Everybody will sit up or stand up, that’s for sure🤣

I think we can all agree that how we start is not really important - some start early, some late. What’s really consequential, impactful, is how we finish. That tells the whole story of whether we are a success or failure. There’s only one difference: he who fails to start, has already finished.

I am curious: who knows, thinks, believes or can guess, what got Twitter trending when it was launched? Is Bluesky following that trajectory? Just curious!

Over a week old on bsky and I am yet to get excited navigating the platform, wonder if it’s just me or there’s more to it!

Question: is Father’s Day universal or are there places on the planet that it’s not marked or celebrated? Is it a secular, traditional or religious event?
