If a ship drags their anchor over a comms cable on the bottom of the Baltic Sea there is a 23% risk (95%CI:10-42%) that it breaks. This we can learn from last quarters numerous incidents.
If they pass a power cable the risk is 17% (95%CI:0-64%)
