Shower thought: What if the healing properties of some of the historical herbal remedies came from microbes that are commonly found on particular plants? If that is the case, to study the effectiveness we would need to prepare the remedies the way they were originally prepared

We need to make Good Trouble on Monday, Jan 20th, for Trump’s inauguration. I propose volunteer work, peaceful protesting and holding community space all while participating in a complete media blackout of the inauguration.

Some days are angry days, but under the anger is fear and loneliness. Doesn't stop me from wanting to snap at everyone, though.
