It reads the entire thing out. The screen reader I use is NVDA, others may be different. Mine reads this 😂 as "face with tears of joy". If there's a 'wall' of those, you get to hear "face with tears of joy" on repeat. I think that's why my reader crashed, it got stuck.

The one big thing I can think of is, I wish people would be careful with emoji use, I've seen those walls of emojis. I've had a screen reader literally crash because of those. Had to restart my computer to get it to work again!
