I start at midnight with the low temp from the day before, then the high for daylight, then that dates low temp until midnight again. I'm not sure if I'm going to incorporate daylight saving or keep times as GMT

I learnt about 45 years ago from my mum & maternal grandmother. They were both very crafty ladies.
