FYI, I did try Emby it was a pain for me, plus they want fees to share like Plex. So far, Jellyfin no Fees.

TrueNAS is simple and you can add the mount for your media right there in the setup. Which is what I am loving because I will be honest, I have my media spread out over a few NAS.
