Well that's just a lie. There is no law enforcement agency anywhere that can say that. It may definitely be what they hope their officers are doing, but it is not a true fact. And in the case of ICE, an absolute lie with orders from the top.

At this point I think it's worth considering getting rid of presidential pardon powers.
