It would require a little over half of the democratic body to vote for that. That's not going to happen. If that actually did happen. It is highly doubtful the American voters would go for that. Those who set out in protest during the elections. Will actually come out and vote this time.

It won't happen. It would require 2/3 majority of congress. Then it would have to go to the states with a 2/3 majority of the country to approve it. That's just not a reality
