It’s very important to warn citizens not to pay contractors before they perform their work. We had a huge issue with contractors taking insurance funds and running.

You should reach of to Rep Jimmy Patronis about the insurance and contractor fraud that Florida had to deal with to protect residents following Hurricanes. He worked very hard to protect Floridians from scams. Bad actors show up in times of crisis.
