So last week Trump talks about doing ethnic cleansing in Gaza, which has been Israel's genocidal goals all along. Now they are doing what the can to make speech against Israel and in support of Palestinians illegal under the guise of "terrorist sympythizers". Scary stuff if happening

Much needed relief has been given to the people of Gaza from the atrocities inflicted on them by Isael. I hope that this will be lasting and not a brief aside before the next round of violence that Israel ultimately wants to continue.

I feel like my doctors have given up trying to help me with my long covid. I go in and they just say get rest and drink water. Don't even have a plan. They asked me what I wanted to do during this flare up. I don't know your the dr you tell me. I'm frustrated and feeling hopeless now.

I hate that the nuggets fandom is turning into Cleveland in the late 2010's with Lebron. Everyone is letting jokic down and they are wasting his career. This is making keeping up with this team infinitely less fun. It is no longer a team for most people. It is just Jokic.

Just finished The Glass Abyss by Steven Barnes. That was a really good read. Looking forward to my next book though. A big pivot from star wars to Ta-Nehisi Coates but I've been looking forward to reading The Message since I picked it up a few weeks ago.

I feel a crash coming on with my long covid. It has been about a year since my last one. Hopefully I can mitigate it.

So after 3 months saying we had Thanksgiving weekend off we were told last week that they lied and we had to work it straight through. And then on top of it today my boss is telling me I have to come in on my normal days off at the start of next week. Fuck this job.
