This looks interesting. So much work to be done in Mental health nursing on this subject. Not simply looking at men & expectation but the systems surrounding them & subject matters which can be more complex beyond the person. I feel the gov. is missing a trick here when it comes to the profession.

Thank you John for an interesting article. I worry well-being exp. of NRPs is being lost on a gov. ideological drive rather than sensible understanding.
