To the tyrant all laws are rules and all rules are negotiable. It’s why we need to think twice about tyrants in elected office.

I’m not okay with any of this.

That’s a handy way to put it.
April 29, 2025 at 9:47 PM
Your post was urging the public to call politicians on the right murders. Which you no doubt think is valid. Just like those on the other side of the issue feel justified calling those on the left murderers for supporting abortion. What we’re left with is a stalemate of stupidity.
April 28, 2025 at 11:58 PM
As well you should. I don’t dispute the injustice. I disagree with your tactics, which is identical to what time and again puts Dems on the losing side of wedge issues. The more you’re sure you’re right and the more you chastise others for thinking otherwise, the more you drive the wedge.
April 28, 2025 at 4:38 PM
Your calling people “murderer” might make you feel righteous, but it’s extremist and will register as such.
April 28, 2025 at 12:35 PM
I’m a left leaning Independent tired of Dems dying on dumb hills. Calling legislators “murderer” over an issue where you think you have a clear moral high ground but don’t is just another battle of attrition where you net zero votes. In fact, you might cede them. I’m asking you not to be foolish.
April 28, 2025 at 3:12 AM
Dems constantly pick the unwinnable fight. You will never net points calling GOP legislators murderers when the issue is abortion, which terminates a life. Time after time Dems choose battles where you can gain no ground. Its own goal after own goal.

I do, but I fear you do not.

Redistribution of wealth from middle class (401ks) to seed lower income and non-strategic jobs for his base, to the detriment of free markets and economic growth. Populist power over prosperity for all.

Armchair Supreme Court is now a thing and can apparently overrule the lowly actual SCOTUS.
April 16, 2025 at 9:25 PM
Kind of get it, but consider in her mind she’s doing the same thing. She’s decided to harbor contempt and override principles. Which is what you’re doing, hypocritically. We’d live in a better world if people capable of principled behavior applied it always.
April 16, 2025 at 9:13 PM
Used to. In a sane world.

Well duh.
April 16, 2025 at 6:55 PM
What he’s effectively doing is an historic transfer of wealth from the moderate and educated middle class, draining trillions from our 401ks as he attempts to create a boom in commodity blue collar jobs for his base. It’s a power consolidation play at the expense of growth and middle class wealth.

…then don’t be mean. Principles should apply consistently.
