I went on a morning hike at the park. The hike involved an elevation gain of 285. I am working towards increasing this to 1000. The hike was 5 miles and the day was beautiful.🤩

Rats. Really wanted to get in some serious miles today. But after 2.5 miles the puppers were pooped. High humidity was the pits. Still, I enjoyed the ride.

Tackled Devil’s Hall Hiking Trail and it was the most ridiculously tough hike I’ve ever survived. Forget enjoying the peace and quiet, I was too busy climbing over giant rocks like a clumsy mountain goat. The views were either totally stunning or I was just gasping for air, either way it was crazy
