The obvious concern is that the two agents, who from what I've read are still on active duty, are just sent somewhere else with no restrictions to not repeat this kind of murder. All while they hide behind masks, and just the other month Homan was whining about them all being called secret police.

How so? He supports raids on all undocumented immigrants, supports the use of masks, and never seems to contradict the premise that ICE/BP are "only doing their jobs" and that any abuses are the fault of victims themselves. So I guess he just hates their bad PR or...?

And even then when someone here without papers has committed and been convicted of a crime they are normally referred over to federal authorities anyway as a matter of procedure. Minnesota state law enforcement has repeatedly said they already do that but this Administration lies that they don't.

Reminder that the basis for sanctuary city policies is that states and cities do not do immigration enforcement, as in that it literally not their job or purpose. It hurts community safety if anyone needing to call 911 over a violent incident thinks it will also cause an immigration action.

Tom Homan isn't some dove or trusted figure with immigrant rights activists. This is just doubling down by sending one of the main architects of this entire destructive policy. Please stop being so naive about all this.

It's far too late for that I'm afraid. For better or worse the Treasury Secretary has influence. I'd rather people like Karl have a spine when interviewing them. What kind of incompetent doesn't know what their own President says about allies?

Local media coverage in Minnesota seems to have been consistent in the escalation by ICE. As for the most recent shooting the video will speak for itself as it spreads.

I use Samsung Routines for it. Not sure how to do it on another Android phone but I'd hope there's something equivalent in Settings or Home Assistant programs

I think it's because there's been an incorrect conflation between highway and elevated rail both acting as community dividers. Of course the difference is that on/off roads for highways have car traffic that further separate while rail traffic is wholly separate and can encourage density around it.

I only know because the fracking here has caused similar earthquake and tremor issues, so I read about other places where it occurs. I do suppose if the tremor was more lateral it could help stir the wine in a decanter 🤔

We should really stop calling them "immigration judges". They're more akin to a clerk at a permit office than an Article III judge. These "warrants" are also more like deportation office memos as well without the power to pierce Bill of Rights legal protections. The language we use matters.
