I've been watching the GFS model and it's been gradually shifting from MD to ... me. We'll see where it lands but a few days ago predictions were more like 6-8 inches here.

Oh yeah the sleep is a huge pain point. Good thread though, I have been practicing points 1-3 consistently for 3 years and it works. Trade 500cal deficit for a 300cal surplus when gaining muscle is the goal vs. losing weight.
