Can't speak for all PC builds or the entire game, but my wife and I have played 12 scenarios on my little Dell XPS laptop and have had no significant issues, only one slightly buggy quest.

Many people who have lost access to HRT have killed themselves. This is not a theoretical discussion, it is an empirical fact. Taking away HRT kills some percentage of those who were receiving it.

Setting aside the merits of the policy:
If you genuinely think that the Democratic party, as an institution, is advocating for 100% open borders, then you are so wildly disconnected from reality that you are incapable of performing political analysis.
