geonodes are also useful to inspect stuff. this red blob is an intersect between lower and upper jaw. This one is intentional, but otherwise it'd warn me if i was planning to print jaw thatd hit each other. in realtime!

honestly would go so hard to be hit by a car or fall down the stairs in this thing and just have it shrapnel into bits. very species affirming, just like when i drowned in that puddle in vrchat.

the combined FreeCAD/Blender workflow is incredibly strong. I make all the tricky mechanical bits easily in CAD. When I have to edit on organic shapes I use Blender. I wouldve probably gone insane before placing these bores in CAD; 15 seconds in Blender, plus they are non-destructive with geonodes
