FYI There is only 1 copy left of #Transformers Desolation issue 1, and 6 copies of issue 2 left in my Kofi store. ko-fi.com/tfdesolation... I don’t think I will be printing any further copies of these back issues.

Since 1995 Graham has consistently produced THE best fan produced Transformers media. Both in terms of presentation/production values and content. Highly recommended reading.

I wouldn’t ever think of making this a charity zine to attract contributors as I would be too worried about delays on my part or not raising enough money for the charity or letting people down in general. Besides, #TransformersVictory doesn’t really resonate with a broad section of the fanbase.

Having inked 4/8 pages for issue 3’s comic strip along with the cover to issue 4 (I got distracted), I’ve come to the realisation that I need help with this series as I’m averaging about 2 years between issues by trying to do 70% of the content myself.

I finally found the time to sit down and read these two works of genius. I honestly don’t know how @jroberts332.bsky.social managed to wrap everything up in such a coherent and articulate way (both plot wise and in terms of physical books). Shame some of the unused ideas never made it to comic.

In the days before proper network administration, my friend edited the auto-correct on my high school’s MS Word to replace correct spellings of common words with utter nonsense and various teachers’ names with the nicknames given to them by pupils. School newsletters were hilarious……

Here’s a preview of a panel from issue 3. Still a lot of details to fill in, a few obvious errors to fix, and I’m not entirely happy with the faces on Lyzak & Nova Storm, but I’ll update these as I go.

This all day long. Fun fact: apart from one or two new amazing people I’ve got to know in the fandom more recently - I still make zines with the same people I did in 1995!
you don’t need big groups with mods, it’s really easy to organize and make your own mini zines alone or with friends. Seriously give it a try!! Show me if you do :D
Lmao zine drama is happening in the TF fandom again. Please take these template images and go make your own mini zines with your friends on magma, or just make one alone! Zines are for everyone, art is for everyone! Zines should not be about policing who can draw what on their own private accounts.
