Yesterday and all last night I was stuck in my thoughts. Woke an hour early this morning out of the blue, and went for a 30 minute walk. Afterwards I decided to do the insane cold shower thing.... Damnation, there was shrinkage for sure but after a bit it was as if my mind was quiet and still.

what a pain in the butt.... summer temps make it much less enjoyable to stand next to a very hot fire and reshape an old leaf spring... rough forging done, next step rough grinding... then heat treatment and then handle scales and then finish buffing... Yee Haw!
