I do want to have a "re-debut" later this year with a new model, revised name, etc. Once I finish up this Street Fighter video I'm going to try and focus on getting my new VTuber/PNGtuber model done.

Oh god, this brought back a deeply buried memory. I was so excited to eat this cereal... and it was the most bland crap ever and that's saying a lot since as a kid I adored Cheerios.

The rest of the gameplay is still strong and some of the environments are the best in the Prime series and the planet and its culture are really cool. The game looks gorgeous in 4K/60FPS mode, runs great and is even better in 1080p/120FPS mode.

Overall, I'd give the game an 8/10. (4/4)

The bike stuff is neat but I found the accompanying combat to be a bit tedious and frustrating at parts which leads to the late game stuff dragging the experience down for me when combined with the overworld problems. If you played this part then you'll know what I'm talking about. (3/4)

The supporting cast's acting and writing isn't horrible but their presence later on makes the game feel less like Metroid. Then there's the issue of the overworld that connects the areas together: it's too sparse and too big. Then there's the bike... (2/4)

I'm currently looking at different programs and I'm surprised at how far PNGTuber stuff has advanced in the past couple of years. Some of this stuff looks really nice and doesn't feel floaty like a lot of Live2D stuff which could fit nicely w/ the art style I want to do! (5/5)

"Why not make another VTuber model?"

...I'm gonna be honest, I made this model nearly three and a half years ago (nearly a year before I debuted!) and I've basically forgotten how to rig stuff in Live2D and don't feel like re-learning it all over again. lol (4/5)

It'll also help me save money and use it towards getting stuff for streams (like games, VHS tapes, etc.) and will make it easier for me to do a complete re-brand in the future.

Maybe one day I'll get a 3D model done but I think this is better for me in the long run. (3/5)

I've talked about (and slowly still working on) on a re-design for over a year now but I kinda feel like this would work better for me since I'll have more direct control over how the PNGtuber model is "rigged" without paying someone to do it for me and me not being happy with the result. (2/5)
