Whether I can get a few teapots thrown, stuck up, bisqued, glazed, and high fired in less than 3 weeks remains to be seen.

Major overhaul on my pizza oven, most importantly, building the base higher so I won't have to lean way down to check out the pies :-)

Sometimes I have to make a pizza in my little wood burning oven. For a short time, I can remove all the maga shit that's piling up in my head.

Recently I've had a hankering to build a new pizza oven. This one is much smaller than my old oven, and does a great job, thanks to all the YouTube vids! I baked a pie last night and devoured it. Nothing like wood fired pizza!

To the guy in the pick up truck who dropped off 2 baby kittens about a year ago...thanks dude. They have a good home, and are a lot of fun.

I'm well aware that global warming is a thing, and snow has become lighter and seldon seen in the middle of North Carolina. But, when it does snow, it makes me happy. The image is of my kiln shed, just a few hours after the snow began.

Cats.

I have to say, I've never been much of a cat person. Nevertheless, 3 cats have somehow ended up here over the last few years, these 2 being the most recent. Lucy and Ethel have decided that this is their home, and they are slowly working their ways into our hearts.
