Kukanou-2b is a planet out in The Vast. It is rumored that the former First Seeker of the #Starfinder Society, January, once located a priceless divine artifact in a cave on that planet. It is said to have mentally influenced him into the disastrous Scoured Stars Incident in 316 AG.

Due to the actions of an unethical scientist, several skittermanders became kidnapped experimental subjects that eventually escaped to Earth or "Dirt". When they finally returned to Vesk-3, they spread the music of Elvis across all of skittermander culture.

Word from "Dirt" - it seems that planets out in the Vast also have people that obsess about weather patterns that happen outside of normal parameters.
There is apparently a city called Terminus that simply stops functioning if cold and precipitation happen to coincide.
