This is true. I try not to make it seem like a job because I also have my little business(it’s hard not to sometimes I will admit). I try to think of it as the hang out spot! I used to do this back then. My house was the hang out spot and now we just hang out online 😂! Or like my show is on!

For me is having a start up time! Always the same time they know where to find me. Recently pushed it an hour earlier for schedule and they get in a little late. Little by little and consistency
