You want the end result without putting in the work, so you try and force ppl to give it to you and then play the victim when they don’t. Which doesn’t work. And men understand this when it comes to professional relationships but personal feels like a waste of time. Until you’re alone.

That’s just not how ppl work. She won’t call you to save her if you can’t be trusted. If you don’t listen when she speaks. The kids won’t give you the big father’s day if you’re a half assed dad. Friends won’t throw you a bday bash when you don’t even know their kids names
