Don't give a damn what Joe has to say and for that matter @msnbc.com as a network, I have given up on them. Why is it that every time Trump speaks anywhere MSNBC stops everything and gives him free airtime to lie to the American people all he wants for as long as he wants unchecked.

Joe Biden is like any other human being, he made mistakes and one of the biggest one's was appointing Merrick Garland to head the DOJ.

I think there needs to be a massive march on FOX news, it is the propaganda arm of this shit show. Storm their buildings, take them off the air by force if need be. Same as Tesla and SpaceX

That is what frustrates me the most, yes they are pretty much defenseless and they shouldn't be.

So a question for someone who understands the law. This is a civil case against the treasury department, does that mean it is a federal civil case and could the President pardon the treasury, can pardon's be used in civil cases?

This is a start but this is an action against the treasury of the US, not an action directed at Musk. There has to be some way to go after Musk for engineering all that is going on though I think that would require the DOJ and I don't see that happening.

With all this going on right in front of us, I just talked to a MAGA relative who's primary concern is, "I hear democratic thugs are going to try to disrupt the SB this weekend."
