I’m gonna disagree here. There is a MASSIVE issue with supply where there is demand (no one wants to live in east Jesus) however a lot of immigrants are buying homes. My mother works in home loans and often remarks how amazing it is immigrants with high income often own one or several homes.

No. Fresh water isn’t always exactly potable water. You can however get water and boil it then drink it.

They keep wages low knowing that assistance programs propped up their workforce. Most box stores do the same. Without this assistance you either a) raise wages or b) risk massive revolt due to homelessness and hunger.
