I'm finding it valuable to add buttons to recompile the UI, and delete the settings node and start over, while developing a pickwalk setup. I don't have a programmer brain and tend to write scripts like I paint, and reducing the slog of going to the shelf or Outliner to change my mind, is so nice.

Ramaswamy knows what he's doing, and I'm not sure whether MTG has nuance we hadn't seen before, but it's nice to see a few sparkles here and there. Maybe it's just because Trump is term-limited, but it's starting to feel like the obnoxious bullshit politics is finally starting to consider dying.

haha, very enjoyable butt to paint! I don't often enjoy 3d prints, but C27 is hitting home runs lately. Both Rogue and America are such good, curvy canvasses. The supported version of Rogue is also a tad oversized, by like 5%, but it only makes it more fun to paint.

My kid is stuck on calling Seattle “Downtown Seattle Waterfront”, presumably from some YouTube thing. E.g. he’s drawn pictures of the two cities: “here’s Bellevue, and here’s Downtown Seattle Waterfront.”

“Elevator” is Electric Schindler Hydraulic Elevator. He’s smashing it on syllable count.

I realize I bought a $5 jar of molasses for 1 tsp of it. The level at the top of the jar didn’t even change. I am on the hook for *so* many cookies now.

I bought a whole orange for 1/4 tsp of zest. Not as bad — you can eat an extra orange without the same stigma as drinking extra molasses.

Yeah, that makes sense. I mostly use Houdini for rigid body stuff -- knocking things off tables, weapons falling to the floor. I always import an alembic from Maya and work on that, so I'm not sure how you integrate a sim into procedural modeling, but it looks amazing and cool
