Fideo:another easy disability friendly meal

1.Stir fry onions, bell peppers(buy precut) and garlic

2.Fry fideo noodles until brownish

3.Cover noodles with broth and cook until the broth is gone

4.Add veggies, diced tomato, canned green chile, cumin, salt&pepper

Just went to the OT today! Apparently my arm bones were separating too much when I moved and it was straining everything in my wrist and hand. #EDS causes the weirdest problems wtf.
