just had a nice long pee in pants after holding for about 3 hrs feels so good to let it out

just made my first hypnosis purchase. looking forward to listening to it later when im alone :)

started trying to pee my underwear in spurts to have the wet feeling still cant openly flood my pants yet dont have clothing that hides it well enough yet

starting to feel it less and less when pooping my diapers and pants now. so progress :)

use to love waking up and had pooped during the night. wander if its possible to train myself to poop while i sleep and just wake up with poop in my diaper/underwear (whichever im wearing)

working on training my body to just go when it needs. right now focusing on pooping when i need once i have that i. place gonna go with wetting though that will be easier cuase you wet more often
