It’s kinda a mix. Some characters don’t have very well defined roles (Lifeweaver) and others have super specific roles that aren’t that useful (Roadhog). They straight up removed a game mode because it was just unfixable but the problems with it exist in every mode. Silly game

Overwatch can’t take three steps without running into the limitations of its fundamental design. It requires people to work together in ways that are unlikely without a coordinated team while not giving them feedback that would train them to play that way. Fun sometimes but inherently frustrating
