I went for my first run since before getting pregnant with Kayla. My time was atrocious but far better than I thought it would be
I found out our block is about 0.65mi around. Hopefully soon I can do more than a mile 🤣 I could have kept going but I didn't want to push it. Take that osteoarthritis!🤣
