From what I understand of the EU and Korean bids we'd build and maintain them, it's a great way to learn to build fighter planes, tanks, submarines etc. We definitely need to up our drone game, I think we have a deal with Ukraine for tech sharing and manufacturing capacity.

2of2. The military industrial complex is big business and taking our money elsewhere means we're less reliant on the US, we'd build them here supporting our own economy. This loss of income could hurt Trump, a new partner means we pull away from the US a little more, and they lose leverage on us.
