2/ For small businesses (see: LFPA, LFS, RFBC, PLANTS, many more). It worked.
There are a lot of ways that what’s happening now is insane, but a huge part is thinking that you can support American production by chaotically constricting markets, and offering no plans no supports for the transition.

Hi!! I work in food systems. I think it is worth saying that post-COVID era supply chain chaos, the Democrats/Biden admin wanted to support the growth of resilient regionalize food systems so they created a multi-pronged 5 year strategy that deliberately invested in gaps and created markets
