Why is this so hard?
Amongst all of the usual daily despair (of which there seems to be an overwhelming amount of recently). Why does it feel so difficult to find a single spark of enthusiasm, motivation or enjoyment?
It's depression, whether situational, hereditary or otherwise self inflicted.
