A Night To Remember is a cheerful, homely record which are not qualities I associated with American acts when I was 10. Shalamar absolutely seemed to have more in common with Linx, Hot Chocolate, Imagination than Sister Sledge or Odyssey

Green Party Conference recently passed some amazing healthcare policy for the trans community. It commits us to an informed consent model of trans healthcare, a trans-led public inquiry into NHS care, a trans-inclusive ban on conversion therapy, and so much more.

The Green Party just voted to reform trans healthcare.

What does this bold new policy look like?

'Sexual Healing' is Pester Pop, a style of song that tries too hard to be sexy, becoming the aural equivalent of guys who sit far too close, leaving acres of space at the other end of the sofa. He nearly gets away with it, but the tersely spat "Can't you do it right!" is an instant passion killer

'Night Nurse' holds memories of my father, who played it a lot. I like the song now but as a child it infuriated me, Mr. Isaacs kept pestering the poor nurse all the time, even pretending to be ill! Gonna be a hard choice between Greg and Kid's classic, which I bought as a 7" double pack
